Main Causes of Toothache
Toothache cannot always be avoided but a good dental routine is the best way to prevent it from happening. Brushing teeth properly twice daily, flossing and regular check-ups at the dentist are all necessary for maintaining teeth and gums in top shape but this may not always be enough.
Principal reasons for toothache include:
– Infection
– Overly vigorous brushing
– Teeth grinding
Aching teeth could also be indicative of “a case of severe tooth sensitivity” which may be a result of chipped or damaged tooth enamel. Your dentist should always be informed of any toothaches to evaluate the situation and further reading on the topic can be found at https://yourdentalhealthresource.com/what-are-the-causes-of-toothaches/
